Eleventh version of the meeting of trends in electronic commerce

Leading national and international exhibitors will analyze the trends and new challenges generated by the expansion of electronic commerce in the region and in the world.

The Chamber of Commerce of Santiago (CCS) and the Latin American Institute of Electronic Commerce (eCommerce Institute) will take place on Thursday, April 11 at Centro Parque, the "eCommerce Day Santiago 2019", the most important e-commerce event in the country.

In its eleventh version, the eCommerce Day Santiago 2019 will bring together leading local and international leaders, who will analyze new trends and challenges that e-commerce is imposing in the region and in the world. Among the topics that will be addressed during the day include approaches to what the new ecosystem of global retail trade is and will be, its impact on Chile and the region; the digital transformation of companies and the ways to enhance the assets of digital transformation for a retail.

Recognized CEOs from different companies will provide the keys to address the challenges of new business models and technologies to achieve profitable and customer-focused businesses. Digital disruptions and their impact on other industries will be discussed, as well as the personalization revolution.

"For this new edition of eCommerce Day we have worked on new activities and the development of a thematic agenda addressed by the main national and international references, in order to provide the tools and knowledge that a market like Chile requires. The digital industry is more mature than in other markets, however it is important to continue to professionalize the offer, so that the shopping experience is positive, the consumer returns and the conversion or repurchase is increased in online stores, "says Marcos Pueyrredon, president of the eCommerce Institute.

The eCommerce Day Santiago 2019, which, like previous versions, expects to bring together more than 2000 business leaders and business executives, includes multiple plenaries, workshops and thematic talks, including exchange of experiences and cases, as well as debates on new trends .
